Original 26+2 Hot Yoga Series, our primary offering, is available as a 60, 75, or 90-minute format.

HIIT 50 is a High Intensity, Low-Impact interval class, meant to build endurance and strengthen your core.

Yin Yoga is a restorative class, focusing on deep stretching and culminating in a guided meditation.
