Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
There is no penalty to cancel your online livestreaming membership. All-Access Memberships are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Once cancelled, you will be required to sign-up again if you wish to rejoin.
Please send your cancelation request to support@bodenyc.com with your name, contact information and date you wish to cancel your membership.
Please allow up to three business days (excluding weekends) for requests to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been canceled. If your request is received within 7 days of your billing date or after your membership payment has been processed, you are not eligible for a refund. Your cancellation will take affect on the next billing cycle.
